Feminist Robotics: Restoring Human Agency in Human-Robot Collaboration

On June 13th, 2025, Research Associate Gili Ron presented recent research at the Emergent Technologies and Design Master Programme (EmTech), Architectural Association School of Architecture (AA).

Ron’s lecture, Feminist Robotics: Restoring Human Agency in Human-Robot Collaboration, will draw on her current research designing HRC for diverse patricipation, and its' testing with timber industry practicians and future professionals of Industry 5.0. Ron will discuss the use of machine learning and computer vision in HRC in timber, and their critique from feminist technoscience perspectives
