On July 8th, Lasath Siriwardena presented the paper "Joint Effort - A Material-Robot System for Fibrous Joints of Lightweight Timber Construction" on behalf of his coauthors at the 9th Annual ACM Symposium on Computational Fabrication (SCF) in Aarhus, Denmark

The research was supported by the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG, German Research Foundation) under Germany ́s Excellence Strategy – EXC 2120/1 – 390831618. The research was awarded the IntCDC Thesis Award.
