On Oct 5 2022, ICD researcher Xiliu Yang will give a talk on recent research that explores connections between manual craft and robotic means of fabrication. She will present the project Spatial Lacing: A Distributed System for Fibrous Networks developed with Cody Tucker and August Lehrecke as part of their ITECH thesis, as well as on-going work on Vizor and its application towards better human integration in robotic prefabrication.
