On April 23rd, Prof. Achim Menges will give a talk titled "Co-Design for Novel Timber Construction Methods" at the IntCDC Spring Conference 2026.
IntCDC's research advances timber construction through its co-design methodology. This talk will present integrative computational design and engineering methods, as well as cyber-physical offsite prefabrication and robotic on-site construction processes, and how they have resulted in the co-design development of novel long-span and multi-storey timber building system, which will be integrated in the new IntCDC Building.
