Exhibition Opening - ESTEC Open Day 2016

On Sunday October 2nd, previous ICD and ITKE projects will be displayed as part of the Open Day of the European Space Research and Technology Centre (ESTEC) in the Netherlands. The projects featured will include ICD/ITKE Research Pavilion 2013/2014, ICD/ITKE Research Pavilion 2014/2015, and the thesis project of Maria Yablonina: Mobile Robotic Fabrication System for Filament Structures. The works will be shown as demonstrators which illustrate the potential of fibrous based robotic fabrication in space architecture on the moon, and will be part of the exhibition of ESA’s Advanced Concepts Team.
