BIM & Digital Built Britain Summer School May 2025, University of Salford, UK
Diellza Elshani, Research Associate and Ph.D. Candidate at the Institute for Computational Design and Construction, Department for Computing in Architecture (ICD/CA), will give a talk at the BIM and Digital Built Britain Summer School on 13 May 2025.
Organized by the University of Salford, the Summer School brings together researchers, doctoral candidates, and academic staff to discuss future-oriented themes in digital construction, Building Information Modelling (BIM), and doctoral education.
Elshani's lecture, titled The Intersection of Symbolic AI and Building Information Modelling, will explore the use of Knowledge Graphs and Semantic Web Technologies to enhance data interoperability, reasoning, and integration in architectural design workflows.
Special thanks to Dr.Derek Hales and the University of Salford for the invitation to contribute to this important dialogue on the future of digital design in the built environment.
