Robot Programming 1 - KUKA Certification
May 12-13, 2016
A group of ICD/itke researchers and ITECH students completed the KUKA workshop, which is organized in collaboration with KUKA college, earning their “KUKA Robot Programming 1” certification.
The four-day workshop was divided into two parts: a preparatory theory module taught by ICD researchers at the ICD Computational Construction Laboratory in Stuttgart-Wangen, and a two-day practical training session at the KUKA College in Augsburg. The training concluded with a final written examination. Upon successful completion, participants received the official KUKA certification, which is a prerequisite for independently operating robotic equipment at our robotic facilities.
Congratulations to the group for successfully completing the training!
